About Ranking
When you log into the accordion tool you will see numbers beside the item headlines.
This is the rank and it determines what order the items appear. By default, a rank value is automatically assigned to new items. These are incremented by 5s to allow you to easily rearrange items later. You can manually specify a rank value by editing an item.
Changing item order
To change the item order you will need to change the rank. Items rank lowest to highest so values closest to one are higher in the list.
To move an item up or down
Click the item title
Click Edit
Click the Ranking dropdown. Select a lower number if you want your item to appear higher in the list.
Click update item
Draft items (item visibility)
Items set to draft status are not visible in the live accordion. All items are set to active status by default when they are created. When an items active status is set to N, or the item is deleted from the list, the item is put into draft status and is inaccessible to users.
Deleted items – “Deleted” accordion items are not deleted, they are set to draft status. This is so you can recover items later if needed.
Set an item to draft or active status
Click the Edit button on the accordion item
To deactivate an item – set Active to N
To set an item back to Active, select Y
