A note about image hosting
Under the Image URL field, it is possible to enter the web address where a picture is located on an external website. However, it is best practice to upload the images you are using to your website. This ensures that the image hasn’t been removed or altered without your knowledge.

Click where you want your image to appear.
Click the Insert/Edit Image button:
The Insert/Edit Image dialog box will appear.
On the General tab of the dialog box click on the Browse button which is to the right of the Image URL field:
Another dialog box will appear.

From here you can select files by dragging them from your desktop into the window or you can click on the +Add Files button and select your files that way.
Once you’ve selected your files, click open.
Click start upload.

Alignment: Select right if you want your image to stick to the right side and for text to flow around it. Selecting left does the same thing except your image sticks to the left side of the screen.
Dimensions: Lists the dimensions of your image.
Note: Resize large images before you upload to Omni. Do not use this field to scale them down. More on this below.
Vertical Space: Adds space above and below your image.
Horizontal Space: Adds space to the left and right side of your image.
Border: Adds a border around your picture.
Click update when you are done making changes.
Save and publish your changes.
NOTE ABOUT IMAGE SIZES
Do not upload extremely large images. They will make your website load slowly and eat up server space.
To see how big your image is before you upload it to Omni, right click on it, then go to Get Info (wording may vary by operating system). Generally speaking, your image should be less than 1000px wide. To resize it, use Photoshop or a free resource like pixlr.com. After you’ve made the image smaller, then you can upload it to Omni.
SAVE AND PUBLISH
Once you have added or updated your images you will need to save your changes and publish your page. You must publish your page in order for your changes to show up on your website.
Save – Click the save button:
Publish – Click the green publish button at the top of the page.
In the notification that appears at the bottom of the page, click view in new window to see your published page.
