How to add a slideshow to your WordPress site
Anchordown theme instructions
Go to Appearance > Customize
Click on Vanderbilt – General Options
Select the slideshow option you want to use and click Publish.
Adding item to the slideshow
To add an item to the slideshow, go to a Post and tag it as “featured”.
Upload the featured image. This will be the slide.
Suggested slide sizes
Edge to edge: 2600 x 500
Full width: 1100 x 400
Standard: 800 x 350
Caption
By default, the Post title will be the caption.
Publish
When you’re done, click Publish/Update.
The slide should now appear on the home page.
