This video tutorial will give you a visual representation of how to log in and create an event in the LiveWhale calendar system.

Instructions

  1. Visit events.vanderbilt.edu

  2. Click the copyright symbol in the site footer

  3. Log in using VUNetID and epasssword

  4. Once logged in, check that the correct group is displayed in the top right corner (e.g. Office of the Provost, Main Calendar, etc.)
